SANGITA AHLAWAT VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

Sangita’s passion for travel began at the age of nine when her family moved from Mumbai, India to the U.S. From that point onwards, she experienced regular road trips to beautiful areas of the country as her father was quite adventurous and enjoyed driving to explore new destinations!

Sangita’s destiny brought her back to India ten years later, where she had the opportunity to travel all around the country due to her husband’s career. It also gave her an opportunity to re-connect with her home land which she loved so much, and the Indian culture that she missed as she was growing up in the U.S.

When Sangita finally returned to the U.S., it was meant to be that she joined a small travel club in New Jersey. This is where Sangita turned her personal love for travel into her profession, and one that she would flourish in. Sangita soon learned several key aspects of the travel business, and advanced to a Senior Director leadership position. Through her career of 20 years, she helped grow the company to one of the largest of its kind in the country. Her expertise ranges from operations and reservations, to customer relations and product planning.

Sangita has traveled the world extensively, and understands the dynamics of the Travel industry.  Her biggest asset is her love, respect, and acceptance of people and their uniqueness. Over the period of her career, she has developed and maintained strong relationships with fellow professionals as well as her clients.
