1. FRIDAY/USA
Depart from USA in the evening by your International
Flight to start your journey Gems of India.

SATURDAY/EUROPE-WEST COAST-NEW DELHI
Late night arrive in New Delhi, the Capital of India,
and one of the oldest cities in the world after a
brief stop in Europe/West Coast. Special meet and
greet service provided by your hosts on arrival and transfer
to your hotel for overnight.

SUNDAY/DELHI
Morning City Sightseeing of New Delhi visiting War
Memorial Arch-India Gate, Parliament House, Qutub
Minar-built in 12th century and Humayun’s Tomb.
Afternoon City Sightseeing Tour of Old Delhi, visiting the
famous Red Fort reputed to be the most magnificent
palace in the world, Jamma Masjid-the second largest
mosque in the world, Rajghat where the father of the
nation-Mahatma Gandhi was cremated, and Chandni Chowk-the
oldest busiest bazaar of old Delhi. In the evening
you are invited to attend a Cocktail party to get
to know the tour participants, your hosts and some
of the Indian people. Overnight at your hotel.

MONDAY/DELHI-JAIPUR
Morning drive to Jaipur-the rose pink capital of Rajasthan,
which is surrounded on all sides by rugged hills,
and crowned with forts. Enclosed by embattled walls,
the city was built early in the eighteenth century. On arrival
in Jaipur transfer to your hotel. Afternoon City Sightseeing
Tour of Jaipur visiting the Maharaja’s City
Palace, the Observatory, the Museum, the Ram Niwas
Gardens, and the impressive Palace of Winds with the intricate
facade carved out of pink sandstone. Overnight at your hotel.

TUESDAY/JAIPUR-AMBER-AGRA
Morning visit the fabled Amber Palace situated atop
a hill overlooking the city. The Palace is laid out
at different levels on the hillside and surrounded
by a fortress. A ride on a decorated elephant to ascend
the hill to the Palace is a thrilling experience for
every visitor. Afternoon drive to Agra, the home of
the Taj Mahal and on arrival transfer to your hotel for
overnight.

WEDNESDAY/AGRA-FATEHPUR SIKRI-AGRA
Morning City Sightseeing Tour of Agra visiting Taj
Mahal built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1630
as a memorial to his beloved Queen Mumtaj Mahal. Surely
it is the greatest monument of love, and truly one of
the wonders of the world. Also visit Agra Fort-built by
Emperor Akbar and the tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula built
by Empress Noor Jahan in the memory of her father.
Afternoon excursion to Fatehpur Sikri-now a deserted
city. Overnight at your hotel.
7. THURSDAY/AGRA-KHAJURAHO
Morning depart for Khajuraho by air and on arrival
transfer to your hotel. Afternoon City Sightseeing
Tour of Khajuraho-world famous for its temples built
by the Chandela Kings between 950 A.D and 1050 A.D. The
most important are the Chaunsath Yognini Temple, The
Mahadev Temple and Chiraputa Temple with a lovely

FRIDAY/KHAJURAHO-VARANASI
Morning depart for Varanasi by air and on arrival
transfer to your hotel. Afternoon City Sightseeing

SATURDAY/VARANASI-DELHI
At sunrise, take a boat ride on the Holy River Ganges
to see the bathing Ghats where the Hindu faithfuls
walk down the steps and into the river to perform
their religious and daily ablution. Watching the people
worshipping at the Ghats is one of the most extraordinary
experience of the visit to India. Afternoon depart
for Delhi by air and on arrival in Delhi transfer to your

SUNDAY/DELHI-USA
Early morning transfer to the airport in time to board
